Late Spring
Late Spring I carefully stuck my head through the half-open window: indeed, the wind caressing my cheeks was mild. However, light gray veils of cloud covered the sun, whose rays only occasionally broke through. Nevertheless, I packed my sunglasses in my backpack and left the apartment in anticipation of the beautiful Saturday. Spring was so late this time that I didn't want to miss a second. The street café on the market square was not even half occupied at this time. I chose a table outside right at the entrance to get a good view of the place. Most of the fruit and vegetable stands were already set up and the first shoppers strolled past the peculiar wooden stalls.
